Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in time is from 2:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, if you are arriving after hours you will receive an SMS with the code for the night safe which is located at the reception front doors. For assistance please lift up the phone above the safe and wait to be connected to our Night Manager.

Q: Can I have an early check-in or a late check-out?

We endeavour to accommodate early check in and late check out requests. Please contact us to make a request.

Q: Is breakfast included?

 A complimentary light breakfast pack per person (consisting of cereal, milk & juice), as well as complimentary bottled water is provided in your fridge daily.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

During our off-peak periods a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to guarantee your booking, During our peak periods, a non-refundable deposit of the first nights accommodation is required to secure your booking, and balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Sat/Sun: 9:00am - 3:00pm

* Reception hours are subject to change on public holidays

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

During our off-peak periods, a cancellation policy of 72 hours applies. During our peak periods, a cancellation policy of 14 days applies.


Services & Facilities FAQ's

General information about our accommodation services and on-site facilities.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Free WiFi is available in all guest apartments and public areas. Please obtain a WiFi voucher on arrival.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Terrigal Sails features barbeque and garden facilities on level 2, and a guest Laundry on the ground floor. Beach towels and beach umbrella's are available from the front desk during reception hours. We also offer complimentary DVD hire during reception hours.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Free parking is available on-site for one vehicle per booking.

Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen and toiletries are provided. 

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Apartments are serviced daily.

Q: Are you a quiet complex?

Yes, we are a quiet establishment and maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all guests. For your security and comfort we enforce a strict no noise policy. 

Q: What is your Noise Policy?

If we are required to address noise from a guest apartment after 10:00pm, the registered guests will be evicted from the property and a call out fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued. Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms after 9:00pm to support this policy. If you experience any noise discomfort during your stay, a night manager is available after hours and can be contacted via your in-room phone.

Q: Is the beach nearby?

Yes, we are located just 150m from Terrigal Beach, which is just a short 2 minute stroll away.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, approximately 200m walk is the public bus stop.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, just 150m from Terrigal Sails are a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique shops and a supermarket.

Q: What views do your apartments have?

All of our apartments have north-west facing views of the hinterland.
